Lincoln Park - An Attractive, Historic Chicago Neighborhood

As head of Sulo Development in Chicago, Derek Sulo manages daily operations of a well-established developer of urban luxury projects. Derek Sulo has successfully guided a variety of condominium projects, including a five-unit building that offers boutique residential living in Lincoln Park. The North Halsted street property features elevator access and spacious outdoor environs.

The Lincoln Park neighborhood, one of Chicago’s most famous, offers residents sought-after qualities such as abundant trees, historic homes, and a location near a lakefront park that includes a world-class zoo. The park’s rich history includes it being the site of the first Ferris wheel, which debuted in 1893 at the Chicago World’s Fair and was permanently placed in the park thereafter.

Lincoln Park also serves as a center for the rich Chicago rock and blues tradition, with noteworthy live venues such as Lincoln Hall. Another popular destination is the Chicago History Museum, which features exhibits that showcase the city’s diverse roots and includes a permanent display of a section of Fort Dearborn, the original military installation that predated the city’s founding.
